At RN Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of health, hygiene, and safety, certain items such as personal care products, opened consumables, and customised or promotional items may not be returnable. These restrictions will be mentioned on the product page.
Exchange and Refund
- Exchanges: If the product received is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
