We accept bank QR transfer, eSewa QR, Khalti QR, and PhonePay QR. For each order you can select your preferred method at checkout and upload your payment proof for verification.

All products carry the manufacturer's official warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category and are listed on each product page. We help coordinate warranty service with the brand's authorized service center.

Returns are accepted for unused products in original packaging within the return window stated in our Returns & Refund Policy. Damaged, opened, or used items may not be eligible for full refund.

After your order is dispatched, our team will share tracking details by phone or message. You can also see the latest order status anytime in your account under 'My Orders'.

We provide installation guidance for major appliances (AC, washing machine, microwave, etc.). For AC installations and complex setups, we coordinate with brand-authorized technicians at a fair service fee.

Yes. You can choose 'Store Pickup' at checkout and collect your order from our Kathmandu store once it's ready. We'll notify you when your order is available.

Please refuse delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged, and contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund for damaged-in-transit items.

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations inside Kathmandu Valley. For outside-valley orders we currently require prepaid transfer via the supported QR methods.
